Dave Conrad survived a marathon 36 hole defense of his 2009 title as the La Contenta Men’s Club Scratch Flight Champion.  Dave outlasted challenger, Mitch Mariani, and won it on the 36^th hole, one up.

Flight winners for this years roundtable of champions were Presidents Flight winner Bob Barger who won on the 18th hole, 1 up over runner-up Jim Tibbens. In the Secretary’s Flight, Larry Hill bested Larry Youngblood with six holes won and five to play.  The Director’s Flight was settled on the 15^th green when Bob Mariani went 5 up with three to play over Jeff Allen.  Each winner and runner-up received a plaque to commemorate their effort.  The Champion in each Flight received a $150 pro-shop credit and $90 went to the runner-up for future purchases at La Contenta.
